In-Store Return Policy
Items purchased at our Arlington and Belmont stores: We accept returns unworn, unwashed and unused full-priced items within 14 days of purchase for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY. All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit return.


Online Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for exchange or a refund less the shipping charges.

Helena's accepts returns for full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase, for a refund of the original form of payment. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

All returns must be pre-authorized via email: shop@ilovehelenas.com and include a return authorization number (RA#) provided by Helena's prior to sending merchandise back. Once pre-authorized, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date and sent back to our Online Returns & Exchanges Department. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Any pre-authorized packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee & become eligible for only store credit. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed.

We will process the refund upon receiving the returned item(s) and will email you to confirm receipt and refund. Funds will be returned to original tender and take up to 10 business days to process through Shopify. Helena's reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Online Returns to Store Locations: If you would like to return an online purchase, in person, we permit this under the rules of our in-store returns. You can exchange or return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Your Helena's receipt is required and we will only accept this up to 14 days from the date you received your online items. We do NOT process cash or credit returns in-store.
