RETURNS

In-Store Return Policy

Items purchased at our Arlington and Belmont stores: We accept returns unworn and unused full-priced items within 14 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Online Return Policy

We are confident that you will love your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for exchange or a full refund less the shipping charges.   

Helena's accepts returns for full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase, for a refund of the original form of payment. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s).  All jewelry is final sale. All SALE items are final sale.

All returns must be pre-authorized via email: shop@ilovehelenas.com and include a return authorization number (RA#) provided by Helena's prior to sending merchandise back. Once pre-authorized, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date and sent back to our Online Returns & Exchanges Department. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Any pre-authorized packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee & become eligible for only store credit. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed.

We will process the refund immediately upon receiving the returned item(s) and will email you to confirm receipt and refund. Helena's reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to help with an exchange if you are not happy with an item or need assistance with fit or color selection. Email us at sales@ilovehelenas.com with the details of your exchange request. We will provide you with info on available exchange items and give you a Exchange Code for your returning product. We do not cover return shipping on exchanges.

We will process your order 5-7 business days from time of purchase. We ship USPS. Our shipping rates are:

- $6 flat fee under for purchases under $50 

- $10 flat fee forpurchases totaling $50 to $150

- Free Shipping for purchases over $150
